Lovely hat, beautiful colourwork, what yarn did you use? where did you get the pattern, sorry if I'm being a pest but you can't just show us a hat like that and say nothing....can you?

Tut tut Our jo, you have obviously not clocked the entry of January 28th where I listed the Wellington Hat, the source of the pattern AND showed a pic of the nearly finished hat with yarn! I used Noro Kureyon, dusky pink Rowan DK tweed and purple DK of unknown origin (great stash buster!).
mwah mwah and ta for the compliments!

OOOO I just love that hat, if i said it was my birthday in December would you make me one?????
or i'll look down and see where you got the pattern and find some wool and see if i can knit one myself....can a beginner do it?

That is a beautiful hat - oh, I'm glad to see your comment about the pattern and wool. Even though I don't knit... and I've never been a hat person, this one looks perfect - can I get on the birthday list too please :)
