Inspired by Nic, I've created a blogcloud image and I think it's very nifty. I like the unexpected juxtapositions of words to make a strange kind of sense: 'kayaking like mum', 'castle devon', 'socks time' and 'tutleymutley yarn'. Don't forget to knitknack loosely! thanks nic.

My friend's husband died yesterday, after a long illness. I went to see her today and she is, as you might expect, in need of huggles. Her dh died at home, surrounded by friends and loved ones, which is as it should be. We all deserve to be born at home, to die at home.

Sorry to hear about your friend's hubby. It's always a tough time regardless of whether it is expected or not. Your friend will appreciate her socks!

I'll be happy to help with your blog buttons but it is probably easier to do it as well, almost like a tutorial for want of a better description. Do you have msn or skype? Email me and let me know: beleriand@supanet.com

MY goodness - I DID IT! I was nearly there - so close - so it just took a bit of tweaking. THANKS Sue and Hazelnut and Rain for all your hints - couldn't have got that button in the sidebar without you!

Hi tutleymutley

Saw your bit on hazelnutclusters blog ref BCUK.

Would love to find out what it is all about but can't seem to find it even though I googled.

Followed the link for bookcrossing.com & signed up straight away.

Sounds like fun - but haven't had a chance to read through it all yet (yes, I am one of those idiots who signs first, reads the smallprint after!) - am supposed to be working!!!

Love reading - do more reading than knitting! Never know what to do with books after.

Can you help me here?

BCUK is a yahoo group! You'll have no problem getting (rid of) inundated with books, chocolate and glitter if you join up here:

Hope you got that? email me at telbateattiscalidotcodotuk if you need more info! Do put me down as your referrer to bookcrossing! I'm tutleymutley there too. I LOVE books too. Currently reading "Bookseller in Kabul" and it's making me MAD. grr.
